Trees and Legal Issues

I can assist with all aspects of legal issues that relate to trees:

* Applications for works to trees that are covered by Tree Preservation orders,
* Resolution of High Hedges disputes
* Tree related Subsidence claims and disputes regarding tree roots
* Planning appeals and Building Control Regulations

I have provided expert evidence to Magistrate’s Courts, County Courts and the High Court and I have been trained in the interpretation of technical site investigations. I have represented plaintiffs and defendants, as well as Local Authorities.
